Variation Gallery images not working

Hi there,

I am having a major issue on a website of a client of mine where i installed Gallery Variation Images for woocommerce .

On the website the galleries for the variations are shown correctly but on the italian version of the website only the main image for the variation is shown and the gallery is not showing the translated images as on the english version ..

Please help as this is becoming embarassing.

Please, update the following plugins to the latest version and then check if the problem is still there or not:

WooCommerce
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce
Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce

You are using very older version of these plugins. Thanks

Hi there,

 

I upgraded the plugins…. which to be honest were not “very old” at all..

I am not upgrading yet to woocommerce 5.0 as it is a rather new version and not tested with a lot of stuff yet.

Could you check what is going on .. all the variation images in the variation gallery are not copying over to the translated site (IT) and this is rather annoying for a paid product.

Please advice

This is a live site and it is embarassing.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
