Getting fatal error with version 1.1.8

Hi, have been getting the following fatal error message (a couple of times now) since updating to v 1.1.8

Seems to be only sporadic. From access logs, it seems to be from attempts to log in (POST to wp-login.php). However I can’t replicate error.

Apart from error messages, doesn’t seem to be any impact.
