Your plugin is crashing my website!

This is the message i get after you tried to fix…

Luckily i had back ups but i lost lots of work and time because of your plugin crashing my website.  I’m very disapointed.

Ive now disconected the plugins standard and pro because i dont want to lose any more of my work.  PLEASE HELP ASAP.

I was going to buy the gallery plugin but now i am very scared to do this.  Does you plugin work, why does it keep crashing my site?  I have attached a report form WordPress belowe:
