Can’t choose variation

Hello,

As far as I saw in the chat, I’m not the only one I have this issue. I’m using flatsome theme and yesterday I updated the pro version of the plugin. I realised today that I can’t add any of the variations in the cart. When I click it, it changes the URL, but the variation is not selected.

The problem occurs when I’m using the pro version. I have it now disabled, but not ideal.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

Sorry, this is very difficult to be done and I’d prefer this to be the last solution. The website needs to be in maintenance mode and I don’t want to do that just for a plugin.

I see on the forum that it’s not only me who has this problem, so probably you are already investigating this issue.

And this is quite frustrating because the problem is on the paid PRO version.

We are working to fix the issue as WooCommerce just released the 4.9.0 version.

I updated with the new version and this issue has now been resolved.

Unfortunately another issue came up and I believe it’s from this update.

When I try to export products from woocommerce, the spreadsheet is empty.

The error I get is error 1054 (42522): Unknown column ‘term_order’ in ‘field list’

Could you please check and let me know if you can replicate this error on your side?
