Prices Not Changing/Updating on Variable Swatches

We are unable to get the variable swatches to update when we enter a new price into a swatch variables details area.

The change is saved and visible in ‘edit’ mode – however when the page is saved and refreshed in the browser – the original/previous price is still present and add the old price to the cart as well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

Thank you for your reply.  I have done what you suggested; turned off all plugins except the woo commerce & swatch variations plugins.  Nothing changed with regard to the pricing of the color swatches not updating when a price is changed.

I’ve recorded a video for you showing you exactly the problem.

— Selecting “Maroon – 204” variation  (note price ‘should’ be $175 when selected)
— Showing that the price does change when you select a ‘console’ variation
— Selecting the default free console so that the price should only reflect the color ‘price’ change

Product Editing Screen
— Showing you the specific variation for “Maroon – 204” and that the price has been changed to $175

Problem: we need to change various color variations throughout the large catalog — the price stays at the original $159.97 (what was originally put in when the variation was created).

Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

No change (does this mean the problem is with WooCommerce itself? — if so do you have any suggestions on how to trouble shoot what might be causing it?)
