Not working

Hello,

I have a problem with the plugin.

I’ve just realize that the plugin was not working and didn´t making the variations. I logged in and found out that my license was expired so I have paid again and connected my site. But the plugin is still not working on my site. It doesn’t make the variations on the products.

What I need to do now?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We have fixed the issue. Could you update to the latest version (1.1.5) of your swatches variation free version.

If you are also using the Pro version of our swatches variation plugin, make sure you are using the same version (Pro – 1.1.5) as free.

And WooCommerce version should be the latest version 4.9.0

Kindly let us know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update.

Thank you for your answer.

I have checked the plugin version and it is the last one, as you say, 1.1.5.

I have activated it again and now the free pluging is working but if I active the PRO plugin it breaks and doesn’t work.

What should I do?

I have checked your site again and seen your Swatches Pro still on the old version https://prnt.sc/xlqfxh

You may try to download the Pro latest file from our site getwooplugins.com and follow this documentation to get the auto-update in the future.
