Swatches not Working on Update to 1.1.5

A week ago, we updated to version 1.1.5 and found that nobody could select the variations to make a purchase. I raised a ticket (which you have since deleted). I then had to rollback to version 1.1.2. I then received a reply to my ticket, to say that the error had been corrected and that I could update again. I’ve just updated and yet again, the issue is still there. So I’ve had to rollback again.

I am only able to update the free version, not the pro version.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. We have fixed the issue. Could you update to the latest version (1.1.6) of your swatches variation free version?

If you are also using the Pro version of our swatches variation plugin, make sure you are using the same version (Pro – 1.1.6) as free.

And WooCommerce version should be the latest version 4.9.2 Kindly let us know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update.

This is really very annoying. The free version of the plugin keeps automatically updating to version 1.1.5, even though we don’t have automatic updates enabled. This then breaks the variations on the website. I can’t seem to update the Pro version – there is no option to update. How do I update the Pro version please?

For god sake, will someone please read ou support tickets properly. I have been trying to sort this for two weeks!

 

I know that the plugin needs to be updated on both the free and the premium verion. BUT, as I keep saying, I cannot update the premium version – I don’t know how to do this, because there isn’t the option to update on the plugin dashboard. There is only the option to update on the free version. I’m not the only person complaining about this, many people are saying the same thing in the support tickets but we all just get the same response, telling us to update both the free and premium version. But we are all saying that we don’t know how to update the premium version.
