I am not sure where are you looking for. In the video is explicitly shown the problem in all their aspect – in quick view (popup) and in elementor backend. I know that the site is in Bulgarian and it not easy for you to orient your self, if you are trying to see the problem on the site. At the same time we are working on the site because the clock is ticking. At the moment Quick View is switched off – because the gallery  is not working there. If you want to investigate on site, you should switch “Shop Template” and “Single Product Template” to use respective “Default Shop Template” and “Quick View Single Template”.  Anyway, you can check the problem anytime in Elementor backend.

Hope you will find some solution for me soon because I have to decide if needed to switch to another plugin. My time is going and for “premium” support 3 days is more then enough.

For me there is some Ajax issue but I cannot have a time to debug your plugin.

I am totaly disapointed of your support. Y’ve jsut copied me am answer to other user that I have already tried and does nothing to see wit my problem.

My problem is with Gallery plugin not with variation switches
You are tight that Variation Switches also does not work as expected in archives – but the proposed solution does not work with the latest version of JetWooBuilder – there is not a files mentioned in your recording. If you take a look in my site, you will se that the gallery by default is not working as expected even when using a default JetWooBuilder templates – nor Variation Switches. (you can see how both plugins behаve when using a default template)

The conclusion is that you do not want too understand customer problems and using (as many others) a copy-paste to “support” your clients.

The main reason to choose your plugins was the support comments that I’ve found from happy users, unfortunately this is not my case.

At the end – Please tell me how I can use a “30 days money back guarantee” but please do not paste me an answer already used in your site.

I wish you a grate success with your really promising plugins but I have no more time and nerves to investigate and debug what is happened when your plugin have to work with other (well known and popular) plugins.

The theme used is a Crocoblock Kava theme (i’m using a kava-child). Everything is made by Elementor Pro and Crocobock (jetWooBuilder) also Pro. The situation is the same with Hello Elementor Theme. I do not want to use complicated theme but just light one – this is why I both elementor and crocoblock.

And nothing special. Just woocommerce and some products with variations and some without (simple products).

JetWooBuilder is used to modify default WC templates – for single product page and for archives.

I’ve tried all possible workarounds (also those mentioned by You). But as I said, sometimes gallery does not work as expected (you can see in my sceenshots above), sometimes color swatches (i want them to display in archive/shop page also) does not work as expected.

I want to put color swatches on shop page and if possible when i switch the option (color) to change also the image displayed (as it works on single product page).

And also there is some problem with gallery – when you are working on the back end to design single page via Elementor – if the previewed products does not have options, gallery start to loading and never end (also shown in my screenshots above). The same is happened on the front-end if you try to display a single page (details) in a pop-up windows (also made by crocoblock/elementor popup).
