I have deactivated the 2 plugins, but you can activate them if you need to.

Could you update your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?
The current version of swatches plugins is the following.
Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.5
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.5
Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

Sadly recently the new update from woocommerce or this plugin somehow broke it, could you perhaps help me fix it? It has worked until now.
Problem that arrise is, when i activate the Variation Pro – Variations are no longer available to add to cart
