WooCommerce Variation Swatches not working @ WooCommerce 4.6.0

Joris Heine

Hi!

Somehow with WordPress WooCommerce 3.9.1 the variation swatches are working at my website, but using WordPress WooCommerce 4.6.0 they are no longer working.

For an example, view this product page on the two mentioned WordPress WooCommerce versions (I duplicated my website):

White T-shirt @ WordPress WooCommerce 3.9.1 (working correctly): https://gottastartup.shop/product/big-shot-naamplaat-t-shirt-zwart-goud/

White T-shirt @ WordPress WooCommerce 4.6.0 (not working correctly): https://startupgear.nl/product/big-shot-naamplaat-t-shirt-zwart-goud/

Could you look into this? Thanks!

Kind regards,

Joris

Hi Joris,

Please be sure that you are using the latest version (1.0.86) of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

Thank You

Joris Heine

EDIT: sorry I meant WooCommerce instead of WordPress! As mentioned in my reply here

Hi Tanvirul,

Thanks for your reply. Yep version 1.0.86 of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin is installed, both on the website with WooCommerce 3.9.1 and the website with WooCommerce 4.6.o.

I tried downgrading the 4.6.0 WooCommerce to 4.2.0, but still the Swatches were not working.

Would love to hear when there’s a solution for this.

Cheers,

Joris

Hi Joris,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
