Internal Server Error

Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased and installed Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce yesterday for my website www.ipairc.ie.

I installed as per instructions, free version and also add on ZIP file after the purchase downloaded from the Dashboard, as well as inserted the license key.
Since I installed your plugin, I am getting INTERNAL SERVER ERROR message at the Checkout. Once customer fills out all the details and press Place Order button – it displays Internal Error Message, however customer is being charged. I am using Strip to process the payments, and I can see funds hitting the Stripe account, despite Internal Server Error.

To verify, I had disabled and deleted Variation Swatcher for WooCommerce plugin, and this also resolved Internal Server Error problem. Once I re-installed your plug in – problem started again.

Could you please help to resolve ASAP, as I have to keep website in Maintenance Mode, until issue is resolved.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

I have done this and it looks like Flexible Checkout Fields for Woocommerce Plugin was causing the problem. So I removed this and installed another Plugin callse Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, but I am getting the same error with this plugin also.

I need to collect customer’s vehicle registration number during the checkout process, thus it is important for me to have those additional fields.

Any suggestions?

Ok, I have workaround solution. I have added additional fields on the product page, not on the checkout page. So this has resolved the problem form me hopefully.

Will continue monitoring the problem.
