different formats of same images ?

Hello, I’m experiencing a rather strange problem.

When I upload images with the same dimensions in px, they don’t display the same way (the images have exactly the same format in Medias Page, but are displayed in different formats – see attached screenshot).

The strangest thing is, when I upload old images that displayed correctly (the same images), they display in a different format.

Do you see where this could be coming from? F

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Perhaps it is an issue with image uploading or thumbnail regeneration.

Our plugin doesn’t have a feature to crop the images.

For a test, I have disabled our plugins and added a product gallery image here- https://paste.pics/49cbaaa001dd9af4ba323d3c5170e4cc

Now the images are displayed like this- https://paste.pics/2e3623367f195eb51d4e5209d1ecdc0b

Note: For your convenience, I have disabled our plugins.

I can see your theme provides various options to control the images.

You can contact your theme support if they have some solutions for this thumbnail regeneration or not.

OK the problem came from theme options indeed !

I just reactivated and deactivated the settings and now all is good.
