I found where I can edit the ticket and added the admin user account information.

Please temporarily activate a default theme like Storefront and try again.
You are using a custom theme and it rewrites the WooCommerce mechanism.
So, our plugin couldn’t apply to your current custom setup.

Broke Product page

Hi,
I have both your plugins: Variation Swatches for WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce.
The Variation Swatches for WooCommerce works just fine, but as soon as I install and activate the Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce it breaks my product page it no longer shows anything but my navigation menu, header, footer, and the word “Description” in the body. No product show up or options. I tried disabling all the check boxes in the plugin and nothing. Any suggestions to fix this?

What access do you require to my site and what would you need to access? Just would like to know before i provide access. Thank you!
