Please make sure the images used are the same in width and height.

It is recommended to use a square shape image. Also, share a product link from your site. So that, I can check the issue.

Hi, that was the problem then, because the image is elongated. Now I’ve changed the background and text settings, as well as the thumbnail size, and it looks decent. I have two questions: one is about the tooltip sizes. Can I customize the size or just choose the ones allowed in the drop-down menu? It goes from 300×300 to a huge size. And the second is that when I purchased the plan, I bought the annual plan instead of the lifetime plan. How can I fix this?

It depends on registered image sizes. You have set a custom image size if you want to add more options to that dropdown. Here is a reference- https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_image_size/#comment-296

When you register a new image size that will also be listed on that dropdown.

Note: Keep in mind that after adding a new size and setting that option, you have to regenerate the thumbnails. You can use this plugin to regenerate the thumbnails.
