Besides the Gallery plugin,

I have another plugin – Popup Builder installed on my website.

it deactivates the zoom from the Addition Variation Image Gallery.

For a while, both plugins worked independently of each other. after updating both plugins, there was a conflict

the popup window only works from the plugin Popup Builder.

how to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

In current releases, we have released very minor updates.

We haven’t changed any major code blocks.

So, there is less chance that is happening from our side.

From my inspection, you have added custom code within your theme.

Please check your custom code and for more confirmation, try to rollback to an older version of the Gallery and Popup plugin.
