Want To Add Extra Images Per Product Variation? Download This Free Plugin

product image not showing with color swatches

mamali darya

Hi,
After I installed this plugin: “Variation swatches” my product page works weird. If I choose a color then it does not change the product image to the correct color. in fact it does nothing. but if I choose the size, then it shows the correct image for the color as well.
For example if I choose the purple color it does nothing but when I choose the M size then it shows the purple item as well.
For this problem I uninstalled the plugin but the problem still exist on my website. How can I revert all the setting to before Variation Swatches?
please help!

Hi mamali,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You have already deactivated our plugin and our plugin is not working on your site now.

For your satisfaction, you can delete our plugin.

By the way, changing images is not a feature of our plugin, it is a feature of WooCommerce itself.

Our plugin just adds swatches by converting the default variation dropdowns.

I hope this will clear up your confusion.

Thank You

Hi there,
Thanks for the response man! After the 1st time I installed variation swatches this problem happened. It is very strange and I don’t know what to do! Can you clarify when I delete the plugin, is it possible that some leftovers still exist somewhere? I have regenerate all the woo tables but still problem. i thought maybe a js script or something is hiding somewhere?!

Hi mamali,

For your clarification, when you delete/deactivate a plugin, it will not be applied to your site anymore.

Because there will be no functions/codebase to manipulate your site behavior.

I hope this will clear up your confusion.

Thank You

Hi mamali,

=> Install & Activate a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting.

Please kindly do a theme conflict check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

=> Activate a default theme like StoreFront- https://paste.pics/QXIYF

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand if the issue is arising for the theme or not.

Also, kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce Plugin in troubleshooting mode.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Thank You
