Hi Support Team,

I’m experiencing a few issues with the video player and would appreciate your help:

  1. Video Player Size: The video player appears as a square, regardless of the video’s dimensions. How can I make the player automatically adjust to fit the size of the video properly?

  2. Thumbnail Playback: When I click on a variation picture thumbnail, the video doesn’t start playing. I have to click the small play button separately. Is it possible to configure the player so that the video starts playing when the thumbnail is clicked?

  3. Height Adjustment: I can adjust the width of the video player, but I’m unable to increase the height. This is problematic because the height is fine for images but gets cut off for videos.

Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues?

but video is cropped , it should be same dimension as picture.

Also there is a black line on the left. how to remove?
