Hello, I am sending temporary administrator access so that you can help me when I activate the free and pro plugins, I have problems with how my products are displayed, the free and pro versions generate errors.

When I activate the free version, my product images and variations become pixelated.

When I activate the pro, it generates errors that it becomes pixelated, it loses the animation when the cursor is moved and generates an error thumbnail.

I am writing this because it is already confirmed that I have the error when activating your plugin.

I need support so that it is installed correctly and that if I activate the free and pro versions, it can work without damaging the quality of my images and variations.

I remain attentive and I hope you can help me.

You can check it for yourself that when you activate or deactivate your plugin, both the free and pro versions are generating errors.

Hi Mateo,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Archive variation images are loaded from Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.

Please increase the value here as per your need and check again.

For now, I have added the size as 510. Then regenerate the thumbnails from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate shop thumbnails

You have to wait until this message displays here: https://mydollhairshop.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=tools

After a successful regeneration process that message will disappear (on re-load the page).

Note: You are using a caching plugin on your site. So, don’t forget to flush all the caches like- browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache (if you have one).

You can check the images of the first row. It displays like this from my end.

Hello, good evening, sorry but I still need support. I don’t know what happened, but when I select a color variation, the animation is lost when I move the cursor over the image. The effect of changing the image between the color and the main image is supposed to be visible, and this is not applying.

It behaves like when I select the color variation, it freezes on that in the color image and I lost the animation of changing the image.

I have modified the correct image class- .wvs-archive-product-image:not(.product_thumbnail_hover, .wpcbm-badge-inner img) here. Please don’t change it again.

You haven’t added the images for the color attribute terms. So, it is not showing on the widget area.
