Invalid Json and GET 404 errors on my console

I have noticed that every page that includes archive products gives me 2 console errors for each product.

  1. GET 404 (Not Found)
  2. archive product variations fetching failed: 7569.

    {code: ‘invalid_json’, message: ‘The response is not a valid JSON response.’}

So if i have 10 products in that page I will get 20 errors… How can I fix that?

Hi Anastasia,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

=> Firstly, flush all the caches like- browser cache, caching plugin cache, and server-side cache.

=> Share the versions of plugins you are using on your site.

=> Also, give us temporary admin access to check the setup of your site.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank You

We have flushed everything a few times already but the issue persists
The versions for  Variation Swatches for WooCommerce is 2.2.0 and the version for Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro is 2.1.3.
I have created an account for you but since this is my clients site and they may be also seeing the front or back end sometime today please don’t make any visual changes if that is possible.

Hi Anastasia,

Could you update the premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of Swatches plugins is the following.

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 2.2.0

Otherwise, downgrade the free version to 2.1.3.

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update.

Thank You

I can not cause my client has already paid for the theme and is refusing to pay again for the plugin the theme already has.

I downgraded the free plugin to 2.1.3 but the issue persists. I still get two errors for each product with a varation and also after the downgrade the swatches take twice as much time to load when previously they loaded instantly.

(and yes i cleared all caches etc. when I downgraded before checking what is going on)

Wait i just noticed something. When i went and deactivated each plugin one by one the errors still showed but when i deactivated 2 plugins at once the errors stopped. the plugins where w3 total cache and autoptomize. Is your plugin not compatible with them? Also if i deactivate those 2 and finally be free of the errors the variations take 3 seconds to load.. which for a website is very very bad

Hi Anastasia,

I can not cause my client has already paid for the theme and is refusing to pay again for the plugin the theme already has.

I have confirmed with our Sales and Marketing team that we have no affiliation with Themegem.

I don’t how your client gets the premium file.

Your license is showing invalid or old (outdated).

By the way, please make sure you have enabled the Defer JS/Minify JS options using the mentioned caching/optimization plugin.

If you did you can temporarily deactivate them for a test.

Thank You
