Dear staff
I installed your nice plugin for the attributes of the variations, the free version, but I can’t see the images of the thumbnails of the colors.
Let me explain: I followed all your documentation:
1. configured the COLOR attribute indicated the type “image”
2. created the color terms with all the colors I want and with the related images (small and large)
3. in the product tab created the attributes
4. on the variations of your plugin created manually with the related image.

Well, I see the colors in the button format not the image of the red product, the image of the black product, yellow etc.

Among the installed plugins I see only the “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce”. Settings | Disable | Go Pro

What should I do?

Unfortunately, I have to check your configuration to understand your issue properly.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can use this plugin to create passwordless login links.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi Enrico,

Here are my findings after logging in to your site:

=> Your theme has a built-in swatches feature. So, it may conflict with our plugin. For this, you can reach out the theme support if they have any snippets to disable their built-in swatch feature.

=> You have created the global attribute from Products > Attributes

=> But added the custom attribute for the product.

=> To get the color, you have to set the global attributes and not the custom attribute.

=> Then you will get them like this- https://paste.pics/0f8713c237aeed40c2bd3596e2be9d61. Here I have created a draft product for you- https://ceramicali.it/wp/?post_type=product&p=20147&preview=true. To check the product, you have to log in.

To get the image swatches, you have to set the global attributes.

I have already given you a draft product link. Please check the link after logging in. It is better to use one swatches feature, otherwise, you could conflict with each other.
