Our plugin is not effective on the front end either (check this screenshot).
Anyway, you might be facing the issue because you have not added any images for the Personalizat.
Please add an image here for every Personalizat variation.
It should resolve the issue.

A developer bought your plugin for me but unfortunately I can’t contact him for the license. You can go into the administrator and check the uploaded plugin, it was bought about 2 weeks ago.
