I can see you have added Farbe as a select type attribute.
You have to make it to color type and need to add the colors from the terms.
You are facing it for attribute & term configuration. You can check this tutorial to set the color.

Thank you for the support.
We have been using the plugin for several years, and it worked – so the colors (as an image) were shown. Now somehow all the images of the colors are gone. We also cannot see where to upload the images of the color. This option is missing/gone.
Option is activated as always:
(seems the image upload in the ticket system doesn’t work. It uploads successfully, but doesn’t show after Update/Saving).

You had the image-type attribute, so you had to select the image type.
I have changed it to the image type attribute.
Please check now and now it displays like this from my end.

Variation Swatches colors are no longer displayed

The variation swatches are not showing up anymore. There is a dropdown instead of the squares mit the color. It happens from one day to the other. I guess a few days ago.
I tried already changing the theme and disabling all other plugins – no change (of course including flushing wp cash and browser cash,…).
What can I do? Can you check the website/pages?

I also installed a lower version of the pluging – but just the normal free one – not the pro one because I couldn’t find to download a lower version of the pro plugin? Do you support that? I couldn’t find it unter download in the account nore on the pro plugin page. Please provide lower version and on a place where user can find it.
To give you access I need to give WP an email adress. This is standard WordPress. I used now another email-adress. Why is there noch email-Adress on your site access page?
