Thanks for reaching out to us.

We display the variation info using <span> tag.

From our inspection, “:after” is not working with the <span> tag on your site.

So, the variation info is not displaying. Here is a screencast for a better understanding.

It could be a reason for the Divi theme. For a test, you can temporarily activate a default theme like Storefront.

Yes, it does appear to be Divi, is there anything I can do to fix that? I need to keep the Divi theme.

Please contact the Divi support team and ask them if they have any snippets to work :after with the <span>.

We have tried some CSS but it didn’t affect the <span>.

Which exact element they are referring to? It’s best that they share the element’s HTML code and elaborate on what exact CSS they are trying to add to work on that element. I’m afraid the information is not enough to understand the situation here and need further specific details.
