I have included the swatches display plugin and would love to center them on my product page.

I have tried with CSS but I can’t.

Could you please help me out ?

Please add the following CSS to the customizer:

.edgtf-woocommerce-page .edgtf-content .variations {
display: flex;
justify-content: center;
}

It should help achieve your goal.
