Cannot save swatches in Pro

We seem to have some DB conflicts with the Swatches plugin.  Some swatches will not update and cause a nonce error, others update but mismatch between the swatch and the attribute/variation.

 

What I would like to do is clean our DB of all references/settings of your Swatches Plugin, then start again.  Can you please advise on how to do this safely?

If not, can you recommend how to sort out the mismatched issues, e.g. On this product with the last 2 colours.

If not, can you recommend how to sort out the mismatched issues, e.g. On this product with the last 2 colours.

No we are not synching products from an external source.

I have temporarily corrected the mismatch issue by adding back an attribute colour we removed.  This is not good business as sometimes a colour is discontinued and needs to be removed.  Your plugin is forcing the mismatch.

Pro also has a nonce conflict with ACF Pro.  I cannot save the product when Swatches Pro is enabled but I can when only the basic plugin is.

I would like to remove all references to your plugin, then do a clean build.  Please advise on how to do this.

I think you have a ticket with the same issue.

Previously, we kept data using the Attribute name, but, to be compatible with WPML we keep data according to the position number of the Attribute data.

What are the versions of Variation Swatches and Variation Swatches Pro while you were recording the issue?

This is not good business as sometimes a colour is discontinued and needs to be removed.

If you remove some color you have to check the Swatches settings and should change them according to your new attribute term order.

We have tried changing numerous times and it does not work or save.  Sometimes we get the error in the video sometimes it looks like it saves but it does not.
