Cannot save swatches in Pro

We seem to have some DB conflicts with the Swatches plugin. Some swatches will not update and cause a nonce error, others update but mismatch between the swatch and the attribute/variation.
What I would like to do is clean our DB of all references/settings of your Swatches Plugin, then start again. Can you please advise on how to do this safely?
