The duplicate is coming from your YITH WooCommerce Advanced Product Options Premium.
We can help you hide those using CSS.
Hopefully, they have an option to disable it.
Please ask them how to disable their swatches.

Colour thumbnails are duplicated

Hello
I am a bit confused sorry. I changed the attribute in wordpress to image, rather than select so I can import the colours for every product rather than doing it product by product. But when I do this the thumbnails are duplicated
