Zoom of image shows different color than the one selected

If I roll over an image to zoom in on it, say I’m viewing a blue shirt, the rollover zoom shows an orange shirt. How do I fix that?

Hi Jayne,

Image zooming is not a feature of our plugin, is a feature of WooCommerce or your theme.

Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if it is working without our plugin or not?

Yes, disabling the plugin does not fix it – same issue.

Hi Jayne,

You can follow the below steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you will understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If that doesn’t help try a default theme like Storefront.
