Request to Confirm Cancellation of Automatic Subscription Renewal

Dear Support,
Today I noticed that your system automatically renewed the subscription (Order #159764) for the XBalance account for an additional year on October 19, 2024, despite the fact that the subscription had been canceled. I have again canceled the automatic renewal of the current subscription. I do not want this to happen again next year.
Please check and let me know if the automatic purchase has been successfully disabled. If not, what steps do I need to take to ensure this?
I would appreciate a confirmation that you acknowledge my request to prevent the subscription from automatically renewing in the future.
