My pro version is not being recognized by my wordpress All Import plugin. I’ve tried every suggestion in the documentation, removing, reinstalling, turning off conflicting plugins. I haven’t changed the theme though. Looking forward to your response. – Jane

Does it recognize the basic version of our plugin?

We don’t have official support for the WP All Import plugin.

We support the default import/export feature of WooCommerce.
