issue adding attribute in back office

Léa Lamagnere

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the use of the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro plugin on my website.

When I try to add an attribute with multiple product images in the back-office of WordPress, I add the attribute in “Attributes,” but when I try to configure the terms to add variations with product images, I get the following message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to do this.”

I have already checked the administrator settings for permissions.

I have also deactivated all plugins and kept only WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce to see if there were any conflicts, but the issue persists even with just these two plugins active.

I found a partial solution to be able to add attributes again: every time I add an attribute, before configuring the terms, I go to the settings of the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin, change a setting, then revert it back and update. This seems to solve the problem, but I have to update the plugin settings each time.

Do you have another solution?
