Hi Nwabi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please share attributes are Global or Custom?

(If you have created the attribute terms from the product edit page then these are custom attributes.)

Do you sync the product information from any third-party site or source?

Or, did you change the custom attribute term positions from the product edit page?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank You

Nwabi Veli

hi Kakik,

Thank you for your quick response.

they are global attributes and we sync from a third party (Pastel- payroll system ) +  (Stock2Shop – integration system)

Hakik Zaman

Hi Nwabi,

When you sync data from another source, it converts the global attributes to custom first. Somehow those attributes terms position changed.

Previously, we kept data using the Attribute name, but, to be compatible with WPML we keep data according to the position number of the Attribute data.

You can roll back to the 2.0.31 version for the free and premium versions. Here is the tutorial on how you can rollback: https://www.loom.com/share/2d8bc9351e864e1d964e319e27564250

Please download the 2.0.31 pro version of “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce” from here:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PnNEO7C3KxzIfeo46yOiX0NZQLQN1kqv/view?usp=drive_link

Then check if it works or not.

Thank You

hi Hakik,

I am worried if I do this it will mess up the website and we are currently having a sale at the moment, what if i do it and it takes longer to fix, can you please do it for me.

Hakik Zaman

Hi Nwabi,

can you please do it for me

I have downgraded the plugins (to version 2.0.31) for you. 🙂

Please check now, I hope, now it will work as expected.

Thank You

Nwabi Veli

thank you for that but I don’t think it has been resolved yet, please see the image attached, i know this item we have a 4 colours in stock but it only shows 1 colour and 1 size.

Nwabi Veli

it could not be the only one but it’s the one i took notice of  while going through the site

Hakik Zaman

Hi Nwabi,

i know this item we have a 4 colours in stock but it only shows 1 colour and 1 size.

For your information, our plugin doesn’t modify/add the stock. The Stock depends on your product settings. Our plugin just works with the attribute swatches.

Unfortunately, the screenshot was not attached. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Thank You

Nwabi Veli

i think this happens when we sell something and when it syncs back to the website it only display what is sold

Hakik Zaman

Hi Nwabi,

As I said before, it depends on your product setup, we have no connection with product stock or setup. Our plugin works with attribute terms.

Here is your setup for Jogger Shortshttps://snipboard.io/oky1jG.jpg

(You shouldn’t create several numbers of any combination)

If you didn’t do it manually, there is an issue with your synchronization from the third-party source.

I hope this will clear up your confusion.

Thank You

Nwabi Veli

thank you so much for your help Hakik. I will take it p with the other party ( stock2shop).
