You have opened this ticket under Variation Swatches.

Please make sure you have installed and activated the following plugins:

Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce [FREE]
Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce [PRO]

Our Pro version is an extension of the Free version. Therefore, you have to install and activate both of the plugins.
