The basic version has a limitation on the number of supported variations.
For products with more than 30 variations, you will need the premium version.
I believe that some of your products have more than 30 variations.

I have bought the pro version and I did not have problem anymore, but now that I’am adding other variations to one of my products, I am facing the same problem!
So I wonder if even with the pro Version I have a limit of variation that I can use?
Please, I need to solve this as soon as possible!

There is no limit but you have more than the default supported variations.
I have added a snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file (here is the output).

Issue with Frontend Variant Display on Single Product Page

Hello,
I am encountering an issue on the frontend of the single product page. While the majority of products work correctly—when selecting a variant option, an “X” appears over the unavailable options of the other variants—for some products, this doesn’t happen. Instead, I only see a notification saying, “No products match your selection. Please try another combination.”
Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it? I am attaching two screenshots for better visualization of the problem.
