Your response was deficient in any useful information. Your website would not allow me to renew the upcoming subscription. I can now update my credit details. 2 days ago I could not.
Why do you not have an automatic update on this product?

I apologize for not being helpful with my previous reply.
(You have a valid license so I thought a manual update would resolve the issue).
I think you experienced a random glitch with our payment gateway.
Please check if you have added the correct license key on your dashboard.
If the license key is correct, you should get an automatic update.
Otherwise, please update the plugin manually like this (your settings will not change).
