LifeTime Licence isn’t active anymore

Hi,

we have bought “Variation Swatches For WooCommerce – Starter Lifetime ” but it looks like it isn’t active anymore:

[Order #146637] (January 23, 2024)

In “My Account” a see, that it was “Refunded”, but we haven’t received the money back and we want to use this plugin.

How can we reactivate it and especially the updates?

If you have an older version installed on your site, you may need to perform a manual update.

Please download the premium plugin from your account.

And perform a manual update like this.
