Error “Archivo incompatible.”

I get an incompatible file error when uploading the pro version of the plugin (“Archivo incompatible.”)

WordPress has the following installed:

  • Variation Swatches for WooCommerce (Version 2.1.2)
  • WooCommerce (Version 8.1.1, which I can’t update at the moment)
  • WordPress (Version 6.3.5)

I read a ticket with the same issue, but I didn’t find the solution in that conversation. I also don’t have authorization to create admin users on this website.
