The app is working fine. I need a receipt for my renewal purchase that occurred on July 8, 2024. The button that should show me my invoice says that the “pdf invoice not found.”

Could you please fix that on your site and also send me a copy of the receipt for my renewal?

Is there any way to have the invoice show the tax? The charge on my card was for $52.87. The invoice shows only $49.

Please share the last order number here.

Paddle (one of our payment gateways) charges VAT and they also send the invoice with VAT.

Please check your inbox for the invoice from Paddle.

I have requested my team to resend the Paddle invoice.

You can also get a VAT refund from them.
