We could not verify this as both product options seem to have stock now.
I think there is a plugin conflict/compatibility issue.
Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins individually.

Out of stock variations not indicated until click

I have the “Disable out of stock item” setting set to TRUE.
My product has just a single variation attribute. One variation is out of stock. When the product page displays, the variation that is not available is not disabled, even though it is not in stock. Only after clicking one of the variations does it them become disabled.
