Lost all my swatches – nothing works

Hi

I have made many color swatches – and after your update, I no longer can use swatches – I cannot switch between the colors on the photos.

I cannot click on the “swatches” under my variants, and if I activatee the extra plugin I have it looks strange, and I have to redue all over again.

 

I hope you can fix this asap, my webshop is right now not working correctly and I cannot put in new items, due to the swatches plugin does not work.

The plugin has deleted everything we have made – we need your help to fix this asap.

The plugin has deleted everything we have made

For Your Information: We have no script or codebase to delete anything. So, there is no chance that your data has been deleted regarding our plugin.

Which version you were using before updating to the latest version?

Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Let me try to explain what is wrong 😊 And I am very happy to hear that the swatches cannot be deleted, so now they must just be somewhere ells, and hopefully come back 😊

 

We have bought Pro Version; you must be able to confirm that from your end 😊

 

Pls see how it looks in my plugins after update:

 

When I try to activate the last version that says Pro – nothing happens, it will not activate.

 

My swatches are gone, the one where I put in pictures and choose buttons ect. – Gone – only this one Swatches Setting, with all this text:

 

 

If I push this yellow button:

 

 

 

It goes here and want me to buy more – and I do not want that – I have bought………. I have paid.

 

 

I hope you can help us with this – because I am missing the swatches badly and need them on my items.

Are we sure that if we dawnload the plug-in again that everything we have done is still active? Or do we have to start all over again. ?
