The plugin has deleted everything we have made
For Your Information: We have no script or codebase to delete anything. So, there is no chance that your data has been deleted regarding our plugin.
Which version you were using before updating to the latest version?

It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.
Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

Lost all my swatches – nothing works

Hi
I have made many color swatches – and after your update, I no longer can use swatches – I cannot switch between the colors on the photos.
I cannot click on the “swatches” under my variants, and if I activatee the extra plugin I have it looks strange, and I have to redue all over again.
I hope you can fix this asap, my webshop is right now not working correctly and I cannot put in new items, due to the swatches plugin does not work.
The plugin has deleted everything we have made – we need your help to fix this asap.
