Ma version pro ne s’active pas

Bonjour,
J’ai acheté la version pro il y a quelques années et mon abonnement s’est renouvelé le 24 mai 2024.
Cependant, sur mon site wordpress, je n’ai plus accès à la version pro. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi.
J’ai également
remarqué que dans ma liste d’extension, j’ai l’extension initiale qui me demande de passer à la version pro puis en dessous une autre extension intitulée pro, mais que je n’arrive pas à activer.
