Variation swatched do not change variant image

Hi,

I’ve installed 2 of your plugins on a client website, I configured the variants and added the images to each one and all was nice and super quick, only that today this function has stopped working and no matter what color attribute I chose the image set is the default product image gallery. Please advise. The website is located atm on our servers on a subdomain.

Hi Harry,

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Changing images is not a feature of our plugin. It’s a feature of WooCommerce itself.

Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if it works?

Thanks for your reply, indeed there’s no affect with your plugin on or off, there was a recent update to Woo I suspect it has something to do with it. I moved this issue to their support system.

Hi Harry,

I think there is a plugin or theme conflict/compatibility issue.

First of all,

=> Install & Activate a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting.

Please kindly do a theme conflict check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

=> Activate a default theme like StoreFront- https://paste.pics/QXIYF

=> See if the problem persists. 

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand if the issue is arising for the theme or not.

Also, kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Gallery Images Plugin in troubleshooting mode.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

You have added multiple galleries on your single product page.

Please use a single gallery layout both for PC and mobile.

Hi Golam,

This is interesting, I did the extra container for the mobile view cause I don’t really like how it looks like in the mobile viewport but since it is messing up the gallery I will find another workaround.
