Hi Tom,
Changing images is not a feature of our plugin, is a feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our Swatches plugin and check if it is working without our plugin or not?

Variation image become first image.

Hey, I set color variations.
And added to every color image.
My problem is that when I add the image to the variation, the main image on the product page becomes the first variation image, not my featured image.
for example, in this product, the featured image is the white table, but because I have green variation, the first image becomes the green table.
