Plugin is will not re-activate

We are having our website re-built to improve performance. And when they launched the Staging Site, our Variation Swatches Pro plugin quit working on our Live site. I tried de-activating the plugin from the staging site and re-activating on the Live but it will not re-activate and all of the PRO features are locked down.
