Have You Changed Your Subscriptions Packages?

I’ve had Swatches for 3 years. During this time I’ve had the swatches on the shop page and then coloured circles on the product pages. All of a sudden these options aren’t working, my subscription is still active and I’m locked out of where it appears those options are added.
In my account it’s now saying automatic updates are disabled, but I bought a 12 month subscription and it’s only been 8 months. In addition it still shows automatic updates are enabled in the Plugins on my site.
Can I please have someone tell me what’s going on?
