Everlasting preloader in quickview

I have a ‘quickview’ option on my website. When I open it, I can see gallery (it’s small though) but preloader doesnt go away and it’s spinning constantly. How can I make it work? Would like to upload photos but can’t see where to do it

Which Quick View plugin you are using on your site?

Please make sure, they haven’t changed the markup of the default WooCommerce Gallery. Our plugin will work with only the default WooCommerce Gallery. If your theme has an option to use a different gallery, please enable the default Gallery from the Theme Option.
