It depends on the theme you are using. Sometimes, they overwrite plugin CSS with the direct selector (like- select, input).
If check your own screenshot- https://paste.pics/R37HR you can see the ‘display:none’ in strikethrough mode. Because one of your plugins or theme is overwriting it.

Dropdown doesn’t disappear

I am testing the plugin in my staging, where I am redesigning my site in lementor, but I noticed that the swatches appear in dropdown even though they have a defined style, see here: https://prnt.sc/WXYyUnGn31IF
I see that your plugin even has a ‘display:none’ but it’s not enough to remove the dropdown, only if you put !important does it get rid of it.
