Color Swatch on Archive, Image Swatch on Product

Hello,
I’m wondering if there is a way to make this plugin show a color swatch on the archive page for a Color Attribute, but make the Color Attribute on the individual product page show the variation image if there is one.
We like the image on the product page (where it can be displayed large enough to make sense) but it’s much to small to serve any purpose on our archive pages.
Please consider!
