Changing images is not a feature of our plugin. It’s a feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check if it works?

I purchased your plugin: Variation Swatches For WooCommerce. but I clicked on the variant and it doesn’t function as you show below, clicking on it doesn’t make any changes

My requirement is simple, to be able to change the product image on the left by clicking on the variant attribute like in this gif. Then turn the Size into a drop down menu display.

It appears that you have not configured your product properly.
You must add the variation image and the regular price for your product variations.
After adding the variation images, please check if the images are changing or not.
Then turn the Size into a drop down menu display.
