Dropdown on just one attribut

Hello, I need the solution to ticket #143445.

I have several attribute but I do not know why but I want to put an attribute in dropdown but nothing works thanks to you.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please make that attribute type “Select”.

Also, change the other attribute types to button, image, etc.

It only works when there is only one attribute on the single-product, but when there are several attributes to select, it doesn’t work.

Hi MArtin,

Please check your product level swatches settings from the product edit page and check the attribute type from there.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
