hello. yes, they are all in there and were showing for about a year then suddenly it went into text rather than the little colours of the wigs with the names of the colour written above it when you clicked the colour swatch.

I hope we can come to a good conclusion. As i said earlier, where there is now text under the main wig pics, there used to be little squares of the correct colour and when you clicked the colour it appears at the top in the main wig square…. It isnt like that now, all you can see if the text instead of the colour sample.
I really hope you can help me as it looked so much more prettier with the swatches.

Here is my feedback:
1> You are using two swatches feature on the same site- https://paste.pics/QLO92. Unfortunately, it is not recommended. Either use our Swatches plugin or the other one.
2> You have the attribute type “select”- https://paste.pics/QLO9I. If you want to display color it should be color. After making the attribute type color, you have to add colors for the attribute terms. Please check this tutorial- https://demo.getwooplugins.com/woocommerce-variation-swatches/product-details/color-variation-swatches/#global-color
I used to have little boxes of colour to the right of the screen, showing my wig colours as small boxes of colour, now its just text there.
You mentioned the above in your ticket. Unfortunately, after visiting your site, we didn’t find the attribute type color. Also, you didn’t add color to the attribute terms. So, either it was coming from another plugin or theme.

Hi Emran. I used to have little boxes of colour to the right of the screen, showing my wig colours as small boxes of colour, now its just text there. Do i need to upgrade to the Pro version to get the images back?
